First aid training benefits you at work and home

The importance of first aid can never be overestimated. Certified First Aid training

Strat Training provides First Aid Training to SAQA’s Unit Standard 119567 (NQF Level: 1 – 5 credits), Unit Standard 120496 (NQF Level: 2 – 5 credits) and Unit Standard 376480 (NQF Level: 3 – 8 credits). All courses are fully compliant with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

The three courses are:

  • Basic First Aid Level 1 –
  • Perform basic life support and first aid procedures in emergencies
  • Apply primary emergency life support
  • Carry out basic first aid treatment in the workplace
  • Basic First Aid Level 2 –
  • Provide risk-based primary emergency care/first aid in the workplace 
  • Explain the functional aspects of the human anatomy in the use of primary emergency care terminology 
  • Perform basic first aid 
  • Render basic first aid in an office,  workplace or home environment 
  • Basic First Aid Level 3 –
  • Provide primary emergency care/first aid as an advanced first responder.
