Working at heights is considered to occur any place where there exists the risk of a person falling a distance of 2m or more as well as any place where a person can gain access to an area within a 2m radium of an open unprotected edge, whereby he or she runs the risk of falling a distance of 2m or more.

Storage of goods often involve some form or another of stacking. If done correctly, this is a very economic way of utilizing the space available. Doing it the wrong way, on the other hand, often results in injury.

Whatever the nature of your business, the likelihood that there will be a system of storage involved creates the need for training in this particular skill. This course is designed to facilitate the learning of various skills needed to use safe and effective methods of storage and is aimed at both employee and employer.

We will cover a number of topics carefully spread out over 27 modules that will highlight various aspects involved with stacking and storage in accordance with current Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

Our aim is to teach these first aid skills to you when it suits YOU! We run the course 7 days a week! That’s right, Monday through to Sunday.

Certificates for the stacking and storage course will be issued 2-3 days after the training took place. Once issued we will send you the scanned and original copies. If payment is outstanding we will only send it out after payment was received.

All of these classes are created following the legislations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993. Our training classes aim to equip you with all of the necessary skills to be safer while working at heights. Working at Heights Training Course 

At Strat Training, we offer a CETA accredited working at heights class for those employees who perform their tasks anywhere off the ground. This training course material was designed in line with the legislation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1993 and takes eight hours to complete.

Our working at heights training class can take a total of up to twenty people per class. Those candidates who complete this training course will receive a certificate which is valid for two years.

If you are interested in this course, it is important to remember that we require all participants to have received a scaffold erector and inspector training class before participating in this course.

 

Stacking and Storage Regulations Training Class 

The stacking and storage regulations class is an NQF Level one class with a total of four credits. All participants of this class will learn different methods to store and stack goods as per that of the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993.

All of our clients who choose to join this class will cover a series of four modules. These modules deal with topics which include, but are limited to how to take control of an accident scene due to working with heights.

The stacking and storage regulations course is a TETA accredited class and provides our clients with a certificate that remains valid for a total of two years. All of our candidates who successfully pass this class will receive their certificate within a period of two to three working days after the class has taken place.

 

Our team will send you a scanned copy of the certificate once we receive it from our partners. You will be prompted to make your payment beforehand. Failure to pay the balance due will result in a delay to receive your certificate.
